Machu PicchuMachu Picchu is an "estate" from the 15th century(1450),built for the Emperor Pachacuti.It is also reffered as "The Lost city of the Incas",and it is the most familiar icon of the Inca world.It was officially a palace,but it was abandonned because of the Spanish conquest.It is now one of the most tourist-visited sites in the wole world!It is a bit old,so it has been renovated for the tourists to be more in the "Inca mood".It is in Peru(South America)and is really great.You should really go to see it,as it was voted one of the Seven Wonders of the World.
